1. Eligibility for Returns
Artificial Jewellery: We accept returns on unworn jewellery within 2 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Return can be made within 3 days after delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund will be done once we receive proper unboxing video and our product and verify by our internal team.(Once product will be received and verified, We will Refund the amount within 7 – 10 business working days as per the bank policy)
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
A single product in a combo or a kit cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
7. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
